Edit metadata, add comments to a specific version, resolve discussions, and move work through review. A new version starts as a draft, not as an automatically approved release.

Approved is a specific version
Keep immutable release records. Select a particular version when sharing, or choose the latest approved release explicitly. The demo records these choices without creating public access.

Media Assets AI is the designated backend. Enrichment, transcription, OCR, semantic search, and time-based indexing await documentation and configuration. Metadata search remains available in the demonstration.
