Good questions.
Straight answers.
What is a digital asset management workspace?+−
A shared place to organize media and its context: metadata, versions, review feedback, rights, and access. Collections connect related content without creating unnecessary file copies.
Can I try the platform now?+−
Yes. The sample workspace is an isolated, browser-only demonstration. Changes reset when you leave or refresh. It does not provide real team authentication, cloud storage, or secure external sharing.
Which formats can I preview?+−
The demonstration previews common raster images and locally uploaded browser-compatible video, audio, and PDF. Specialized formats, extracted metadata, and editing depend on verified Media Assets AI capabilities.
How does AI fit into the workflow?+−
Media Assets AI is the designated backend for supported enrichment, suggestions, transcription, OCR, semantic search, and time-based discovery. Its documentation and credentials are still required. The demo uses ordinary metadata search.
Can assets stay in our existing storage?+−
That is the intended hybrid-storage workflow. Supported sources and indexing or copying operations will be confirmed against actual connector documentation. No live connectors are configured in this prototype.
Are pricing or trials available?+−
Commercial terms have not been defined. Request a demo to start a conversation once the business contact and inquiry delivery are configured.
